1. Red Panda — Arguably the most adorable animal on the planet, their rusty fur and fluffy tail make them impossible not to love. Fun fact: they use their tails as blankets to keep warm in the cold mountains.
2. Cheetah — The speed and elegance of a cheetah are just unmatched, basically a sports car but in an animal. I’ve had the privilege of seeing one in real life before, in Kenya on a safari. Fun fact: they’re the only big cat that can’t roar, but they can purr.
3. Panda — Hard not to love an animal that spends most of its day eating and sleeping, which I am planning to do during the Summer. Fun fact: baby pandas are born incredibly tiny, roughly the size of a stick of butter.
4. Barn Owl — They have a heart-shaped face and silent flight, which gives them a mysterious, almost mystical look that sets them apart from any other bird. Fun fact: they have asymmetrical ears, which let them pinpoint prey in complete darkness by sound alone.
5. Razorbill — A lesser-known gem, their sleek black-and-white look and tough ocean lifestyle make them one of the coolest seabirds out there. Fun fact: they’re closely related to the now-extinct Great Auk and are excellent divers despite being birds. I also chose them because they look really cool and have a fun edit on them.
