This semester was… a lot. If I had to sum it up in one word, it would probably be crazy, the kind of crazy that comes from trying to balance school, work, tennis, and everything happening at home all at once. Looking back, it wasn’t perfect. I hit roadblocks, made mistakes, and sometimes felt like I was barely keeping up. But honestly? It’s the imperfect semesters that teach you the most.

When things started piling up, assignments, practices, responsibilities, and unexpected life moments, I realized something important: I had to become more accountable. Not because anyone told me to, but because life has a way of showing you where your gaps are. This semester pointed out mine pretty clearly. I became more aware of my habits, my time, and the things I tend to overlook. It wasn’t always fun, but it was necessary.

I also learned that discipline isn’t just about forcing yourself to do things. It’s about understanding your goals, your limits, and the kind of person you want to grow into. There were days when I handled everything well, and days when I didn’t. But every time I got back up, I learned something new about myself.

There’s still a lot I want to learn and improve on, but I feel like this semester gave me a clearer sense of direction. And sometimes, clarity is more valuable than perfection.

Here’s to growth, even when it comes from the messy moments.
